Meet Mark

Discernment Counselor in Dallas, TX

Your marriage is on the brink, yet here you are, taking the time to read about me. Why?

Because you want to know if I can help you.

But knowing what credentials I carry or what school I went to won’t convince you (though I will get to that).

I know that you’re feeling desperate. You’re either holding on to the last strands of hope for your marriage or are facing the monumental decision of ending it.

You’re under so much pressure that sometimes you feel like you can barely breathe.

Maybe you’re the type who has plunged into work to distract yourself from the pain…

Maybe you’re so distracted by the pain that you just can’t work…

No matter where you fall, one thing is for sure:

Something has to change.

And that’s why you’re here. For hope.

It may be hope for your relationship. It may not be.

But either way, you’re looking for hope for something different.

You’re tired of having the same fights over and over, year after year.

You’re not sure if the issues in your marriage can be fixed or if you have the energy to even try.

Let me hold that hope for you. For both of you.

Who Am I?

My name is Mark Cagle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas (#71799).

Even more than that, I am a champion for healthy marriages.

I am a husband and a father to three wonderful daughters.

I graduated from Amberton University with a Master’s in Professional Counseling.

Born and raised here in Texas; grew up in the Houston-Galveston area.

Got my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Texas Tech.

What else do you want to know?

I love spicy food and sushi. I’m a math nerd and a gamer.

I hated reading in school and now read all the time.

There is no way to know if I’m the right counselor for you without talking to me.

The phone call is free, so you have nothing to lose.

I look forward to our conversation.
